What’s Included

Your path to Embrace Peace offers flexibility. You choose the coaching package that best fits your needs and schedule. 4 Weekly Sessions per Month or 2 biweekly session per month. Each session lasts 60–90 minutes.

Coaching is available in a format that works best for you we can meet On-line which is convenient and accessible from anywhere. Coffee Shop Meetings are a relaxed way to connect with your favorite tea or cup o’ Joe. Or we can ‘Walk and Talk’ in Nature, this choice combines coaching with the calming benefits of the outdoors.
