I’m Kristina, your fellow traveler on this journey of self-discovery and growth. My own path has been marked by moments of struggle and triumph, and through it all, mindfulness has been my compass. It’s guided me through life’s storms and gifted me with tranquility in the tumult.

I've learned, both through personal experience and my time as a therapist, that nurturing ourselves is the cornerstone of resilience. It's through this self-care that we can truly begin to thrive and help others do the same.
